I was enormously pleased with this (my first) visit to ASHFORD ORTHOPEDICS. Dr. Ashford and all his staff members I interacted with were highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My condition was diagnosed expertly, based on x-rays and interview, and options for treatment were explained. What I appreciated THE VERY MOST was the PERSONAL attention and care extended to me--so VERY UNLIKE my experience with another, HIGHLY CORPORATE orthopedics office here in Athens. Dr. Ashford and his staff are CLEARLY interested in the PATIENT and NOT the corporate bottom-line: YAY!
The attention to detail given by Dr. Ashford and his staff is second to none. After several years of a non-invasive approach to hip pain, I am now at the point of replacement surgery. I feel well equipped and comfortable in knowing that I have chosen the the right doctor for the job.

Dr Ashford was so approachable and listened really well. He offered a possible solution that was new for my knee pain. I felt great seeing him.But, the wait, which he apologized for, was almost an hour before being seen. He said they were having a crazy day. I look forward to getting my knee pain resolved.
I met Dr. Ashford yesterday for the first time. He actually spends time with you and tells you all of your options for your problem. He doesn't make you feel like you need to rush and get the surgery quickly. I greatly appreciated that! I had 2 shots in each knee given by him and the shots didn't hurt just a little twinge. Today both of my knees ached and very sensitive. I'm still impressed by his knowledge and bedside manner. I'm definitely coming back to see him and find out more about the plans for my knees.
Dr. Ashford is always so kind and listens to me and explains everything in detail. He genuinely cares about his patients as people, not a number, not a dollar sign, not an achievement. Both he and his whole staff are so amazing. I will ALWAYS recommend his practice to anyone and everyone. I will not go anywhere else. 💚
I visited Ashford Orthopedic Center and was extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the amazing professionalism of the doctor. Dr. Ashford was very attentive and engaging. He listened carefully to my concerns and really made me feel genuinely welcome. After having X-Rays performed, Dr. Ashford explained the results and the different treatment options. He immediately talked to me about possible preventative care and treatment plans. (It was so refreshing to see a health care provider sitting down, listening and showing interest in his patient, and not just writing a prescription, talking immediately about surgery, ignoring your concerns and sending you out of the door)Dr. Ashford seemed genuinely interested and committed to finding a solution for my health concerns. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice!!

The office is very clean. The office staff are friendly and polite. Dr. Ashford is amazing! He has great bedside manners. He also provided details of the treatment. What I loved the most was the short wait time.
